Please fill out the Merchandise Return/Exchange Form included with your order and return to Enell, Inc. within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund or exchange. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Please allow up to two weeks for your return or exchange to be processed.

We strongly recommend that you either insure your package or ship using a method with a tracking number. Enell, Inc. will not be responsible for lost items.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges to ENELL, and ENELL will pay return shipping back to the customer.

In the rare instance that a manufacturing defect does occur, all returns will be subjected to Enell, Inc.’s Quality Assurance. If the product is agreed to be defective, because of a manufacturer’s defect, Enell, Inc. will repair or replace the product at no charge.
