You can either call us to recommend a retailer or you can fill out our suggest a retailer form.  We will contact the retailer and provide them with information about ENELL and our line of products.

We want your ENELL to fit perfectly, so rather than referring to your current bra size, it's important to take a few new measurements.

1. BUST:  While wearing your everyday bra (not a minimizer or sports bra), measure around the fullest part of your bust.

2. RIB:  Measure around the rib cage directly under the breasts.

3. SIZE:  Please refer to the ENELL size chart to see which ENELL size is best

If your bra is less than one year old, we will replace the hook and eye for you free of charge.  If it is over one year old, the cost to replace the hook and eye is $15.00 (plus shipping and handling).  You can ship the bra to the address below and we will return the repaired bra to you as quickly as possible.

Your ENELL Sports Bra can be worn in water, but please keep in mind that prolonged exposure to chlorine will break down the fibers.  Several women have used the ENELL for Triathlons.  Eberle Funches for example, who has competed in many triathlons around the world, wears her ENELL throughout her events.

When you try an ENELL Bra on for the first time, be ready for the difference.  It may seem too small at first, but a snug fit means Superior Support and Comfort.  To ensure proper fit - twist your body as though doing a waist exercise - proper fit means the bra should stay in place.  Here are some key tips to keep in mind:

• The bra should feel snug and should not ride up when you are working out (movement can cause chaffing).
• Your high impact size is reflected on the ENELL size chart, if you are seeking more of a low impact fit, please consider the ENELL LITE Bra, or go up one size in the ENELL SPORTS Bra.
• The ENELL Bra will stretch out a little over time.  A good snug fit in the beginning will help ensure Superior Support through out the life of the bra.

• For best results, wash separately in cold water using gentle cycle or hand wash.  Do not bleach or use fabric softeners.
• Hook up the front of your bra completely or place in a mesh bag to avoid the hook and eye closure from catching in the holes of the washer drum.
• Lay flat or hang dry for best results.  Do not machine dry, heat will break down the spandex fibers.

Custom Order Bras are currently available for the ENELL SPORTS Bra and the ENELL LITE Bra.  When placing your very first Custom Bra Order, we recommend only ordering one bra.  Once you are sure you have the perfect bra that fits your needs, additional bras can be ordered for a reduced rate if ordered within a 30 day period.  Pricing is as follows:

• First Bra: Price of a regular bra plus $15 for the first adjustment and $7.50 for each adjustment thereafter.
• Additional Bras: Once your base pattern is established additional bras are the price of a regular bra plus $7.50 for each alteration.
• Pricing information does not include shipping and handling charges.

Since each garment is designed specifically for its owner, all Custom Order Bras are non-returnable and non-refundable.  We want to make every effort to meet the needs of each of our customers, therefore we will work closely together to design the perfect bra just for you.

The arch seam of the ENELL SPORTS Bra is designed to create a unique encapsulation and compression fit for well-endowed women.  This patented form fitting feature helps to minimize the "uni-boob" look.  We have conducted research and trials using a seamless molded cup, and this greatly compromised the performance of the support.  ENELL stands behind the Science of Superior Support & Comfort in our SPORTS Bra.  Therefore, at this time, we are not willing to eliminate the arch seam.  However... our research team is always looking into alternative seam applications.
